Our Bangalore branch of Sethi & Mehra is located at Mr. Vivek Lachhiramka’s place in L.B. Shastri Nagar. It is on the 2nd floor of House Number 2149, right at the corner of 2nd Main and 2nd Cross. Even though the main firm, Sethi & Mehra, is associated with Delhi, we have a firm footing here in Bangalore too. Vivek manages the operations in this part of town. The office is in a residential building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical office block. We do all the regular chartered accountancy work, like checking audits and filing taxes for various people and small companies. It gets pretty busy around tax season, and the 2nd floor can get crowded with paperwork. L.B. Shastri Nagar is a quiet enough neighborhood, and we like being tucked away from the main city chaos. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just focus on the tasks we have and try to keep our clients' accounts in order. Dealing with the government portals and all the different forms takes up most of our energy. We’ve set things up so that it’s easy for anyone to drop by and hand over their documents. It’s just a simple office where we do honest work with numbers. You won't find any fancy brochures here, just a group of people working through spreadsheets every day. We just take things as they come and handle the accounting for our clients.
