Our office is at No.31/1A on K Narayanapura Main Road. We are right across from Kristu Jayanti College, so it’s easy to tell people where to go. Serain Catel Builders Private Limited is a local outfit. We’ve been working in the building trade for a good amount of time. It’s not always an easy life. You wake up early, you deal with workers who might not show up, and you worry about the rain. But that's just construction for you. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We’re just regular people who know how to build. Sometimes the plans change at the last minute, and we have to scratch our heads and find a new way forward. We’ve worked on all sorts of things, from small additions to bigger projects around the neighborhood. We like it when a client is happy, but we don't go around bragging about it. Our shop is pretty basic. Just some chairs, a big table for layouts, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend more time on our feet than sitting down anyway. We know the local suppliers and where to get the best materials for a fair price. That’s the kind of thing that matters when you’re actually on the ground getting your hands dirty and trying to stay within the budget while the sun is beating down on everyone.
