You can find us on the second floor of the P R Business Center. It’s right on the Outer Ring Road in Kadubisanahalli, which means we spend a fair amount of time looking at the traffic out the window. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the Marathahalli post area during peak hours, you know exactly what it’s like. Sentrise Construction has its base here in the middle of all that Bengaluru buzz. The office is a bit of a hub for our team. We’re often running in and out to get to different sites across the city. It’s a functional space with a lot of noise coming from the street below, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We deal with all sorts of construction projects, so there’s always a stack of plans or some samples of tiles lying around the floor. We aren't big on fancy decorations or impressive boardrooms. We just need a place to sit, make calls, and figure out the logistics of our next project. The team is just a handful of people who know the industry well. We talk shop over lunch and try to stay ahead of the deadlines, even when things get complicated. Being in Karnataka, we see all kinds of weather that can mess with a build schedule, but we just take it as it comes. It's a busy life here at the P R Business Center.
