We are based in Sobha Chrysanthemum, in the 7th Block, unit 7004. It is right off Thainisandra Road in Bangalore, 560077. Searchbourne Consulting Private Limited is our company. Being in a large complex like this means we have a bit more peace and quiet than if we were right on the main road. The office itself is just a modified living space, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable than a standard office. We do consulting work, which involves a lot of research and talking to different people about their business needs. It is a Private Limited company, so we have all the legal bits sorted, but the atmosphere inside is very relaxed. We do not have a dress code or a strict hierarchy. Everyone just jumps in and helps out where they can. Thainisandra Road is always under construction or changing, so it is interesting to see the neighborhood grow around us. We have some plants on the balcony and a decent coffee machine to keep us going. We do not spend money on big promotional campaigns. We just focus on the consulting projects we have and try to do right by them. It is a nice way to work. We are not trying to be a global giant, just a reliable consulting firm in a comfortable part of Bangalore. It is a good place to spend our working hours and we are happy with the setup.
