Seadarby Seafood Restaurant Private Limited

Our restaurant is at 1177 in the 2nd Sector of HSR Layout. It is a busy neighborhood and we have been part of it for a while now. We mostly focus on seafood here. The kitchen is always noisy with the sound of pans and the fans running high. It is a private company, but really it feels more like a family-run place. We have a few tables out front and a bigger area inside. It gets crowded during dinner, especially on Friday nights. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us since we opened. We do not do fancy plating or anything too fine dining. It is just good food on a plate. Sometimes we run out of the catch of the day earlier than we would like. That is just the way it goes when you want things fresh. The street outside can be hard to park on, so we see people walking over from nearby streets. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and checking the coolers. Seafood needs a lot of attention to stay right. We do not have a big mission statement hanging on the wall. We just want to cook and make sure people leave full. It is a lot of work, and some days are better than others, but we enjoy the rhythm of the 2nd Sector. HSR is a good place to be for a shop like ours.
