SDM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is over at NO 525, 10th Main, 3rd Cross in MEI Layout, Bagalgunte. It is near the Nagasandra Post area. SDM Constructions Private Limited is what we put on the paperwork, but we are really just a local crew that builds stuff. Our office is tucked away in the layout, which makes it easy for us to get around to our different sites. It’s a simple setup—a few chairs, a computer that's a bit slow, and a lot of binders full of project notes. We spend most of our energy making sure the construction work is moving along as it should. There are always things that go wrong on a site, like a machine breaking down or a delivery being late, so we spend a lot of time fixing those small fires. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just people who know how to mix concrete and lay bricks. The office is where we go to escape the sun for a bit and handle the invoices. It can get pretty hectic when we have multiple jobs going at once. We’ve been working out of Bagalgunte for a while and we know the local suppliers well. There’s no big mission statement here. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure everything is built to last. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best every day.
