Scm Infinite Training Institute LLP is tucked away in the Purva Riviera complex. We are in unit RE508. The complex is right on Varthur Main Road, very close to the Marathahalli Bridge. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something going on outside. Since we are in a residential-style building, it doesn’t feel like a stiff office. It’s actually quite comfortable. We have a few rooms set up for our training sessions. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a small group of us running things. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything. We just manage the schedule and talk to the people who come in for training. Finding the R block can be a little tricky the first time, so we often have to tell people to look for the signs near the entrance. The bridge traffic is famous around here, but once you get inside the gates, it’s a different world. We started this institute because we had some skills to share. We didn't want a fancy office in a high-tech park. We just wanted a place that was easy for people to get to. We spend a lot of time on our computers. There isn't any polished marketing here. We just do our training work and hope people find it useful. It’s a practical setup for practical people. That’s how we’ve always done it.
