Our office is located at The Arcade, which is part of the Brigade Medows complex on Kanakapura Road. It’s quite far out on the edge of Bangalore, so it’s much greener and quieter than the city center. We’ve been here since the complex opened up more or less. The Arcade has a few different shops and offices, so there’s usually people coming and going. Our space is functional and clean, though we do have piles of books and folders everywhere. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the air is better out here. We have a small pantry where we make coffee. The windows give us a good view of the road, and we can see when the traffic starts to pick up in the evening. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. It’s mostly just us sitting around a big table talking about the schedule or answering the phone. The furniture is a mix of stuff we bought when we started and a few newer pieces. It’s a relaxed place to work. Sometimes we go downstairs to the shops during our break for a snack. It feels more like a community spot than a big headquarters. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets buried under paperwork. It's just a regular office where we do our thing every day and try to stay productive until it's time to head home for the evening.
