Scaling Socials Media Llp is located at No.203 on the 4th Cross in the HRBR Layout 3rd Block. We’re up in Bangalore North, a part of the city that has seen a lot of change lately. Our office is a modest space where a few of us gather to handle social media tasks for various projects. It’s not a high-rise building or anything impressive like that. We just have a few rooms where we keep our gear and get to work. HRBR Layout is a nice area with plenty of trees and small shops, so it’s a good place to be based. Most days involve a lot of typing and looking at analytics on our screens. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because the work can get a bit stressful when deadlines are tight. We don't have a dress code or formal meetings with long presentations. Usually, we just chat over tea about what needs to be done next. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, and the parking can be a headache sometimes, but we make it work. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Bangalore. We’ve been here for some time and have gotten to know the neighbors a bit. We’re just a regular small business trying to stay busy and do right by the people we work with. There’s nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up and do what needs doing.
