We are located at #3617-5 in Gaffar Khan Mohalla, right in the town of Srinivaspur in Kolar. Sau Agro Processing is where we spend our days dealing with whatever crops are in season. Kolar is famous for its farming, so there is always something coming through our doors. It’s a busy place, especially when the harvest is in. We have a lot of sacks and crates piled up, and the noise of the processing machines is pretty much constant during the day. It’s a dusty environment, and we all wear old clothes because there’s no point in trying to stay clean here. We aren’t a big company with a lot of rules; we just try to get the grains or whatever else processed and packed so it can be sold. Sometimes the farmers come in to chat, and things can get a bit slow if we spend too much time talking. The building itself is an older one, but it does the job. We have had to fix the roof a couple of times after the heavy rains, but it’s holding up for now. It’s honest work, and it’s what people in this area have been doing for a long time. We don’t use any fancy technology, just the same reliable machines we’ve had for a while. It’s just us doing our part in the food chain and making sure things are done right for the people who buy from us at the market.
