Satvat Infra Ventures Private Limited is located over in Raghuvahalli, right off Kanakpura road in Bangalore South. If you know the area, you know it’s gotten a lot busier lately with all the new shops and houses going up. Our office is at number 44 on the 4th Cross. It is just a regular place where a few of us sit and handle the daily work that comes with running an infrastructure company. Most days are spent on the phone or looking at site plans. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. It’s mostly just us trying to keep things moving. The weather in this part of Bangalore is usually a bit better than the city center because of the trees, which is nice when you have to be out and about. We have been at this address for a while now. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks near the cross road. We do a lot of the boring stuff like paperwork and permits that people don't really see. It’s not always exciting work, but it needs doing. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to it. If the tea stall nearby is open, that’s usually where you will find someone from the office taking a break. It's a simple setup for a local business.
