Santhosh Shelters Private Limited is our company and we are over in the C V Nagar area of Bangalore. The specific spot is No 206/2A on the 6th Cross in Nagavara Palya. It’s a bit of a tucked-away place but it works fine for what we do. We focus on shelters and housing projects mostly. The office is a regular room where we sit and go over plans. We aren't some big-name firm with a massive budget for fancy furniture. It’s just a workspace with some computers and a lot of site drawings. Nagavara Palya has its own charm, though the 6th cross can get a bit noisy with all the local activity. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or talking to contractors. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We’ve been at this Bangalore-560093 address for a while and it’s a good base for us. We don't put on airs or try to act like something we're not. We just build shelters and try to make sure they're solid. It’s straightforward work and we just keep plugging away at it day after day. Sometimes we grab tea at the shop down the road when things get too busy. It's a regular life for us here in Bangalore. We don't have a big mission statement, we just build stuff that people can use.
