San Diego Commercial Builders (India) Private Limited is based out of Jakkur. We are tucked away near the Shanimahatma Temple on Jakkur Main Road, specifically at No.86 in the Bgs Layout. Being near the temple means there is always something going on nearby, especially on certain days when the crowds get bigger. It’s a nice enough spot for a building company like ours. We mostly deal with commercial projects, which keeps us pretty busy most days of the week. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to different sites. Jakkur has changed quite a bit lately with more buildings going up everywhere you look. We’ve seen the roads get busier and the layout fill up over time. People around here know us mostly by the location near the temple. We don't spend much time on the computer making things look pretty; we'd rather be out making sure the work is actually happening. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes things run late or there’s a delay with the trucks, but that’s just part of being in the building trade. We stay focused on the work at hand right here from our spot in Bgs Layout. It's been our home for a while and we know the streets well, so we just keep at it every single day.
