We’re located over in Nagarbhavi at 14th Block, right on the 4th Cross Road. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have been doing this food and beverage work for a while now. It isn't always easy keeping every single thing running smoothly, but we show up every single day and get to it. The kitchen area gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when we are really busy. Most of the people who work here live pretty close by, which makes things easier. We handle quite a few different types of drinks and snacks throughout the week. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of trouble with the narrow road outside, but we usually manage to figure it out. It is just us doing what we know how to do. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where the work gets done. You can usually find one of us around the back checking the crates or moving things around. We try to keep the place organized, though it gets a bit cluttered when a big new stock of supplies arrives. It is a local operation and we know our neighbors well. We have got the usual stuff you would expect from a food and beverage place in this part of Bangalore. There is nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on getting the orders right. It's a lot of lifting and moving stuff. The 2nd Stage area is growing fast, so there's always something going on.
