Samudra Homes Private Limited

We are located at No. 37 in the village of Byagadadenahalli, which is right near the Marsur Post. That is out in the Anekal Taluk part of the Bangalore Rural district. It is a bit of a long drive from the city, but it is exactly where we need to be for our work. Samudra Homes is a pretty small operation. We focus on building houses for people who want to live a bit further out from all the urban noise and traffic. Our office here is very simple, just a quiet place to keep our tools and our project files organized. We don't have a marketing team working for us. It is just us talking directly to people who want to build a new home. Anekal is a nice area and it still has some of those green patches left that you don't see in the city center. We spend the majority of our time at the actual building sites scattered around this part of Karnataka. Being based in Byagadadenahalli, we are close to the local people we serve every day. We don't use any fancy brochures or expensive ads. Usually, people find out about us by seeing the houses we have built and asking the owners who did the work. It is an old-school way of doing things, but it has always worked well for us. We deal with all the daily problems of construction, like sourcing sand or finding reliable laborers. It is not always a smooth process, but we stay on it until it is done.
