Sampoorna Nayana Foundation

Our setup is located in Valagerehalli, specifically in the Platina Exotica Apartment complex. We are up on the third floor in D Block, room D-301. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but we've gotten used to it. Sampoorna Nayana Foundation is run right out of this space. It's not a massive operation. We mostly deal with eye-related things or vision help, though we keep the paperwork simple. Living and working in an apartment building means we know all the neighbors. It feels more like a home than an office. We have some desks and chairs shoved into the rooms here. The 560060 area is growing fast, so there's always something happening outside. We spend a lot of time organizing things for people who need a bit of assistance. It’s mostly local families who reach out to us. We don’t do big ads or anything like that. Word usually spreads just by people talking in the hallway or at the gate. It can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but we make it work. The sun hits the balcony nicely in the afternoons while we’re sorting through records. We just do what we can from here. It’s a quiet life mostly. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized without making things too complicated for anyone who visits us. Usually, someone is making coffee in the kitchen area while we work. It keeps the energy up. We don't have many visitors, but when we do, we sit on the sofa and talk.
