At Samith Chits Private Limited, we work out of our office on the 2nd floor of No. 63, which some of the older folks still call number 557. We are right near Ramamandira Circle on 10th Main in Rajajinagar. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this neighborhood. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of exercise every day, which isn't a bad thing. The office itself is quite plain, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We spend our days managing the different chit groups and making sure all the records are up to date. It can get a bit loud with the noise from the circle coming through the windows, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm; we’re just a local business helping people save their money. Many of our members have been with us for years, so we know their stories and their families. It’s a lot of work to keep everything organized, and sometimes we stay late to finish up the books. But we like what we do. If you're in the Rajajinagar area and pass by the 53rd Cross, you'll probably see our sign. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just get on with the task at hand.
