We are located right on Old Madras Road. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and buses. We have our space on the 7th floor of the Arden Fair commercial complex. It is in the Pai Layout section. Pratap Kumar Reddy has been running things here for a while. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view of the city, which is nice when we need a break from looking at papers. The building is a typical commercial setup. You see people from all kinds of businesses in the elevator. We spend most of our time dealing with estate matters. It’s a lot of phone calls and keeping track of different properties. The office isn't anything fancy. We have our desks, some old files, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Sometimes the traffic noise from below is a bit much, but you get used to it. We don’t really do much marketing or anything like that. People mostly find us because they know the building or they’ve heard about us from someone else. We just come in, do the work, and try to keep everything organized. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to find us, even if the traffic is a bit of a headache most days.
