It’s a nice area of Bangalore, though the traffic near Bharthi Nagar can be quite a nightmare during rush hour. Our office at 65B is where we spend most of our time when we aren't out at a site. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and checking on progress. Building things in a city like this means you're always dealing with something unexpected. A truck might get stuck or a delivery is late, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporate office with people in suits. We're usually in boots and jeans because that’s what the job needs. The park nearby is a good place to clear our heads when things get stressful. We focus on developing spaces that people can actually use. It’s a lot of back and forth with contractors and making sure the supplies are what they should be. We don’t have a flashy philosophy. We just want to make sure the walls are straight and the roof doesn’t leak. Living and working in Bangalore means you have to be patient. We’ve learned that over the years. It’s just us here, working through the daily tasks and trying to get projects finished on time. We like the local vibe of St. John’s Church Road and the people we meet here.
