Saket Brewery & Restaurant Llp

You can find us at No. 60/1 on 2nd Cross, just off Residency Road. It’s a pretty central part of Bangalore, so it’s always lively around here. We run a brewery and a restaurant in the same building. It’s a lot of work balancing both the kitchen and the brewing side of things. Some days are packed with people and other times we’re just prepping for the next rush. The space isn't huge but we've made it work for what we need. We handle the brewing equipment in the back and the seating area is up front. It smells like malt and cooking most of the time, which is fine by us. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Residency Road is a busy place, so parking can be a bit of a headache for everyone. We spend our mornings cleaning and getting the beer taps ready. The kitchen staff usually arrives a bit later to start on the food. It’s just a bunch of people trying to make a living by serving food and drinks. We don't do much fancy stuff. Just keeping the place clean and making sure the fridge is full. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. It's just a normal business day for us. We're glad to be in this part of town. The evening crowd is usually pretty decent. We have some regulars who come in every week. It feels like a small community even though it's the city center.
