Saisrushti (Devanahalli-Beerasandra)

Saisrushti (Devanahalli-Beerasandra) operates out of HSR Layout in Bangalore. You can find us on the 2nd floor of Kay Kay Towers, which is at number 18 on the 17th Cross, 9th Main, in the 7th Sector. Even though our office is in the heart of HSR Layout, we do a lot of work related to the Devanahalli and Beerasandra areas. It’s a bit of a commute between the office and the project sites, but we’ve made it work. HSR Layout is a great place to be because there are so many other businesses and places to eat nearby. Our office in Kay Kay Towers is where the planning happens. We deal with land and development, so there are always maps and surveys lying around. We aren't a big, fancy company with a lot of corporate rules. We are just a small team trying to figure out the best way to develop these patches of land. Sometimes it’s a struggle with all the permits and the local government rules, but we stay at it. We don’t have any grand visions to share; we just take things one day at a time. The office is usually busy with people coming in to talk about plots or to check on progress. It’s a straightforward environment. We focus on the details and try not to get distracted by the noise of the city. We’ve been in HSR for a while now and like the community here.
