We spend a lot of time dealing with project management and all the small details that come with developing land and buildings. It’s not always easy work, and there are often delays or issues that we have to sort out, but that’s just the nature of the business in a growing city like Bangalore. We aren’t a huge corporation with a thousand employees; we are a smaller team that knows each other’s names and how we all work together. The office at Kay Kay Towers is where we do most of our meetings and planning sessions. It’s a practical space without too much decoration. We prefer to let the work we do speak for itself rather than using a bunch of fancy marketing words. We’re just local people trying to build something lasting in our corner of the city.
