We are just a local crew that knows how to put things together. The roads around Narayan Nagar have changed a lot since we started. We just try to keep up with the fast pace of the city. Our team is made up of people who live nearby, so we really know the area and the people. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that hanging on the wall in a frame. We just know that if we do the job, we get paid, and we can come back tomorrow. It is pretty simple when you think about it. Most of our time is spent making sure the materials arrive on time and the guys know what they are doing. It can be a bit loud and dusty, but that is just the nature of infrastructure work.
