We are located at number 6 on 2nd Main, down in the 11th Cross area of Moodalapalya. It is a busy part of Kalyan Nagar and there is always something going on outside. Sairavi Design and Manufacturing is a place where we actually make things, so it’s not exactly the cleanest office you’ll ever see. There is usually dust on the tables and the sound of tools in the background. We wanted to have a spot where design and making stuff happened in the same place. It saves time and we can see if an idea actually works in the real world. The team is small and most of us have been working together for a long time now. We don’t have a lot of fancy titles or a human resources department to handle things. If something needs fixing, we just fix it. The 11th cross can get a bit crowded with delivery trucks, but we manage. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is honest work and it gets tiring, but seeing a finished product leave the door makes it worth the effort. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny lobby. We’d rather spend that money on better equipment or a decent coffee machine for the break room. It’s just how we operate. We keep our heads down and try to do a good job without making a big fuss.
