Sahyadri Dreamland Private Limited

Sahyadri Dreamland Private Limited is our company. Our office is on the 3rd floor of a building called Sahyadri, which is located at No. 29 in the 5th Block of the Sir M Vishweshwaraya Layout in Bangalore. It’s a newer part of the city, and there is a lot of building going on all around us. We mostly deal with land and construction projects in this area. The office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space where we can sit down and look at maps and project plans. We spend a lot of time walking around the 5th Block, looking at plots and seeing how the development is coming along. Being on the 3rd floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when we’re taking a break. We are a small team, and we don't have a corporate marketing department or anything like that. We just talk to people who are looking for land or who want to build something in the layout. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes it gets quite dusty with all the construction nearby. We just try to be straightforward and honest with everyone we deal with. Sahyadri Dreamland is just our way of being part of the growth here in Bangalore. We’ve been in the Sir M Vishweshwaraya Layout for a while now and we plan to stay and keep working on our projects as the neighborhood keeps growing.
