Sagarbuildstead Ventures Private Limited is based out of Indiranagar, specifically at 2964, 12th Main, 4th Cross in the HAL 2nd Stage area. If you know Indiranagar, you know it’s always moving, and we’re right in the middle of it. We’ve been working on various building ventures for some time now. Our office is a place where we get together to figure out the logistics of our projects. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place with desks and chairs and plenty of maps of the city. We spend a lot of time out of the office, though, checking on sites and meeting with contractors. Building things in Bangalore involves a lot of patience, especially with the way the city is constantly evolving. We don’t have any grand slogans. We just try to do our work without making too much of a fuss. Some days we're dealing with city regulations, and other days we're looking at bricks and mortar. It’s a balanced mix of office work and field work. We like being in Indiranagar because it’s easy to meet people here, and everything we need is close by. Our team is a bunch of regular people who happen to know a lot about construction. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other business, but we keep going because we like what we do. It’s honest work, and that’s plenty for us. We don't ask for much more than a fair day's pay for a fair day's work.
