Safehouse Properties Private Limited is located over at 1055, Prestige Shantiniketan. If you know Whitefield, you know it is always buzzing near ITPL. We are in the Bangalore North part, specifically Mahadevapura. Working out of a big place like Shantiniketan has its ups and downs. The parking can be a headache, but the office itself is good for us. We handle a lot of property inquiries. It is a lot of walking and talking. We are not a big corporate agency with a massive budget. We are just a group of people who know this part of Bangalore really well. We started Safehouse Properties because we saw a gap in how things were being done locally. Our office is pretty basic. A few laptops, some chairs, and a lot of maps on the wall. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements. Most of our time is spent on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. The commute to Mahadevapura can be tough with the traffic, but we are used to it by now. We do not have any grand slogans. We just try to be honest with the people who come to us. It is a straightforward business. We like the energy of Whitefield, even on the days when it is completely gridlocked. We just sit in our office at 1055 and get on with the day.
