We've set up our office on Gnanabharathi Main Road, right at Nagarbhavi Circle. If you're looking for us, we're on the 2nd floor of building number 18. It's directly opposite the Madduramma Temple, which is a big landmark around here. Rushtisri Builders and Developers is a local team. We spend a lot of our time either here in the office or out at building sites. Being near the circle means it’s always busy with traffic and people, but we like the energy. We aren't some massive corporation with shiny glass towers. Our office is just a regular place where we meet and talk about house designs or land. We started this because we wanted to build things in our own neighborhood. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy. Sometimes the temple bells are quite loud, but it’s a nice sound to work to. We don't use big words to describe ourselves. We are just builders who know this part of the city well. We’ve been in the Nagarbhavi area for quite some time now. Most people find us through word of mouth. We keep our paperwork on the second floor and try to stay on top of all the regulations. It's a steady, everyday kind of business. We don't have any grand slogans. We just try to get the walls up and the roofs on. It’s practical work for people in our community.
