We are tucked away in Fincube - C028 at Ambika Square. Our address is a bit long, sitting over at No A53 in Kamadhenu Nagara, B Narayanapura. If you’re familiar with this part of Bangalore, near the 560016 pin code, you know it can get pretty busy around here. We’re part of the medical care sector, which keeps us on our toes most days. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a functional space where we handle the administrative side of things and some patient coordination. There’s usually a pile of folders on the desk that needs sorting. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to messages. It’s mostly just hard work and staying on top of the schedule. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s a small, dedicated team here. We try to keep the atmosphere calm, even when there’s a lot going on at once. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just life in the city. We deal with it and keep moving. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. It feels like a community here. We just come in every morning, check the to-do list, and get started on the day’s tasks, making sure we don't forget anything important in the rush of things at the office.
