We’ve been over here on Harsha Layout Main Road in Kengeri for a while now. Most people know the first floor spot we have right at 1/1. It’s just a small team of us working on various building projects day in and day out. Bangalore changes so fast, especially out this way in the 560060 area, so we just try to keep up with what the locals need. We don't really do the fancy office thing with glass walls and suits. It’s mostly just us sitting down with some blueprints or talking to folks about their land plots. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets loud enough to hear through the windows, but that's just part of life in Kengeri. We started Rprs Developers because we knew this part of town well and saw things being built. It's mostly about getting the groundwork done and making sure the construction stuff moves along without too many hitches. People come by the office when they have questions about land or how to get things started. It's not a huge operation by any means. We mostly just focus on what’s right in front of us instead of looking at the whole city. Lately, there’s been more building happening around Harsha Layout, and we’re right in the middle of it. If you walk up to the first floor, you'll see us. We have some files, a few chairs, and usually someone is drinking tea while looking at a map. We don’t really go for big speeches. We just handle the day-to-day work.
