ROYAL SILVIA CONSTRUCTIONS AND INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our place is at 339A/36, which sits on the 2nd main and 3rd cross of Church Road in New Thippasandra. It’s a nice enough spot, though Church Road can get pretty packed during the day. As Royal Silvia Constructions and Interiors Private Limited, we spend a lot of our time looking at samples and sketches. The office is usually filled with bits of wood, tile pieces, and fabric swatches because that’s just the nature of the work we do. It’s not a perfectly tidy office, but we know where everything is. We like being in New Thippasandra because everything we need is close by. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity. We just like designing spaces and building things that last. You’ll usually find a few of us hunched over a desk or talking to a supplier on the phone. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; we just answer the door ourselves when someone knocks. The 3rd cross is a bit narrower than the main road, so it stays a little quieter, which helps when we're trying to concentrate on a design. We've been operating as Royal Silvia Constructions and Interiors Private Limited from this same building for a while now. It’s our base of operations where we plan out the day’s tasks. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. There is always a pot of tea going in the corner.
