ROHAN REALTY VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED is located at D - 1, Rathod Vatika. We are on the 1st Floor in the Industrial Suburb area of Mahalakshmipuram. Being in an industrial part of town means it’s rarely quiet outside. There is always the sound of trucks moving or workshops doing their thing. Rathod Vatika is a sturdy building that serves us well. We don't have a lot of space, just enough for our desks and a small area to meet people. Our work involves realty ventures, which is mostly a lot of coordination and checking up on different sites. We aren't a huge corporation with departments and managers everywhere. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects are on track. During the rainy season, the road outside can get a bit messy, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office has stacks of documents and calendars marked up with various deadlines. We try to be practical about everything. Most of our afternoon is spent on the computer or filling out forms. There is a small eatery downstairs where we usually get our tea and snacks. We like the location because it’s easy to get to the main roads from Mahalakshmipuram. It is just a regular place where we show up, do our work, and keep the business running as best as we can.
