Rockworth Management Advisory Services is over in RR Nagar, inside the Seetha Complex on 18th Main Road. Ideal Homes Layout is a pretty well-known spot in this part of Bangalore. Our office is at number 483. It is a straightforward place with a couple of rooms and a lot of books and folders. We are not into the whole modern office look with open floor plans or bean bags. We just have regular desks and chairs that have seen better days. It is a bit of a walk from the main bus stop, but it is a nice enough area. The building is a bit older, so the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it does not affect the work we do. We mostly spend our time on management advisory stuff, which involves a lot of reading and phone calls. We do not have a big team, just a few people who have been around for a long time. There is no corporate jargon used here; we just talk like normal people. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork, but we usually find what we need eventually. We like being in RR Nagar because it still feels like a neighborhood rather than just a business district. It is a good, steady place to work from every day. Most of the time, the fans are just humming and we are getting on with it.
