Rochi Luxe Llp is based over at 79/5 2 in Shankarappa Garden, which is right off Magadi Road. If you’ve ever been down Magadi Road, you know it’s always packed with trucks and people moving things back and forth. Our little corner in Shankarappa Garden is a bit more tucked away, but you still hear the constant hum of the city. We’ve got a small setup here. It isn't a huge warehouse or anything, just enough space for us to manage the daily business. The name says "Luxe," but our day-to-day reality is mostly just paperwork and making sure the inventory is where it belongs. The building we are in is older, and the lights flicker sometimes when the power fluctuates, which happens more often than we’d like. We don’t have a fancy reception area or a coffee machine that does anything special. Usually, we just make tea on a small stove in the back. It’s a family-style environment where we all know each other’s business. We spend our mornings checking what came in and our afternoons figuring out where it’s going next. It’s a lot of manual tracking and writing things down in ledgers. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing. We just talk across the desks when something needs fixing. It’s a simple way of working, and it keeps us grounded in the middle of all the chaos of the city.
