ROCHAK INFRA (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

We have got our office set up at No. 74 in the AECS Layout over in Sanjaynagar. It is on Survey Number 30/2 if you are looking at the official maps. Bangalore is a big city, but Sanjaynagar has a bit of a community feel that we really like. Our setup is pretty basic. It is an OPC, so it is a small operation where things are handled directly. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It is just a place to sit, drink some tea, and get the infra work done. Most of the time we are busy with site visits or dealing with the technical side of our projects. AECS Layout is a nice area to be in, and we have made some good friends among the other business owners nearby. We do not use any corporate jargon or fancy marketing. We just tell people what we do and then we go do it. It is simpler that way. The office stays busy, especially in the afternoons. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. It is all part of the daily life here. We have been at this address for a while and do not see ourselves moving anytime soon. It is where we feel comfortable doing our work and managing our responsibilities. We keep the files organized and just do our best.
