RMZ REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED is located in The Millenia building on Murphy Road in the Ulsoor area of Bengaluru. We are way up on Level 11 of Tower B, taking up suites 12 to 14. Being that high up gives us a pretty decent view of the city, especially the Ulsoor Lake area when the weather is clear. It’s a large building, so there are always people coming and going in the elevators. Despite being in a big place like The Millenia, our actual office feels a bit more lived-in. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for us, and it’s usually quite busy with people talking or typing away. It is a private limited company, but we try to keep the atmosphere from becoming too stiff or corporate. We deal with real estate matters all day, so there’s a lot of paperwork and legal stuff to sort through. Murphy Road is a well-known spot, and being at No. 1 and 2 makes it easy for people to find us. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, handle the property details, and make sure everything is in order. The 560008 area of Karnataka is where we’ve put down our roots. It’s a solid place to work, even if the traffic on Murphy Road can be a bit much during the rush hour.
