Our office is set up on the ground floor of Basava Nilaya over in Dwaraka Nagar. If you know the area, we are right on the 5th Main, specifically at 3rd Cross. It’s a quiet enough street most of the time, which is nice when we are trying to look over building plans or handle phone calls. Being in the 560063 part of Bengaluru means we are a bit away from the absolute chaos of the city center, which we all appreciate. The space here is simple. It’s just a regular building where we handle the day-to-day operations for Rkvk Builders. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. There are usually a few of us around the desk, drinking tea and trying to figure out the schedule for the next week. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of paperwork coming in at once, but we manage to get through it. We’ve been at this location for a bit, and the neighbors are used to seeing our vehicles coming and going. It’s a practical setup that works for us. We don't see the need for a big corporate office when this ground floor spot in Dwaraka Nagar has everything we need to run the business. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our projects on track.
