RKRR PROJECTS LLP

RKRR Projects LLP is located in Rajaji Nagar. We are at number 872 on the 18th Main in the 5th Block. This is an older, well-established part of Bangalore, and we like being here. The office is a bit of a hub for our various project activities. We have people coming and going throughout the day, mostly staff and a few vendors. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices you see in magazines; it’s more traditional with desks and chairs where people can actually concentrate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. Dealing with project management in a city like this involves a lot of patience, especially with the traffic and the bureaucracy. We just take things one day at a time. We don't really have a big marketing pitch. We just tell people where we are and what we are currently working on. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for a long time, so we understand how the local pace works. The office can get a bit cluttered with folders and site samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a practical workspace for practical people. We just focus on getting the tasks on our list done by the end of the week. It’s steady work, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and get on with the job.
