Rizwan Green Town Private Limited is our company based in Yelahanka New Town. We are in a building called Sri Krishna at number 971/7. It’s in A Sector on the 15th Main road. Bangalore is a big city, but Yelahanka feels a bit more manageable for us. We’ve been here for some time now. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's just where we handle the day-to-day tasks of running a township and land business. We focus on green spaces and layouts. The pin code is 560064 if you’re trying to find us on a map. There’s a lot of development happening around here, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's usually just us answering the phones and meeting people who want to look at land. We like the 15th Main area because it's easy to describe to people. Most locals know the Sri Krishna building. We keep things simple and honest. If a project is delayed, we say so. If something is ready, we let people know. It’s just a regular business run by regular people. We’ve built a decent reputation just by showing up every day and doing what we said we would do. It’s a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but we don't mind it much. We just keep our focus on the land and helping folks find the right plot.
