RITCOSPACE INTERIORS PRIVATE LIMITED is based at No 9, 2nd Cross, in the 8th Block of Koramangala. Anyone who lives in Bangalore knows that Koramangala is a bit of a maze with all its various blocks and crosses. Our street is usually lined with parked bikes and cars, and it can be a bit tight getting a vehicle through sometimes. The office is a straightforward space. We have a couple of rooms where we sit and talk about projects or look over the printed plans. It’s a functional environment rather than a showy one. We get a lot of people walking by because there are so many cafes and little shops around the 8th Block area. Usually, the morning starts with the sound of the city waking up and someone opening the office shutters. We keep a regular schedule, coming in, checking the emails, and figuring out what needs to happen by the end of the day. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and making phone calls to people. We don't really have a lobby, so guests just come right into the main work area. The light in the afternoons is quite nice through the windows, even if we’re mostly just looking at our computer screens. It’s a good spot to be in because it’s central, even if the traffic on the main roads nearby is a constant thing. We just do our bit and keep the business running from this small corner of the block.
