You can find Righthr Consulting Private Limited at No 9&10, K No 349. We are right opposite the Phoenix Mall in the Mahadevapura Post area of Bangalore. Because we’re so close to the mall, it’s always busy around here. You can hear the traffic and the people all day long, but you get used to it after a while. We have a fairly simple office where we handle all our consulting work. Most of what we do involves looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. It’s a lot of matching people to the right roles, which sounds easy but takes a lot of time and patience. We have a small team, and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. There’s no big corporate structure here; if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the computer. The office isn't particularly big, but it fits all our files and our desks just fine. We like being in Mahadevapura because it feels like the center of everything, even if the commute can be a bit of a struggle sometimes. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do our jobs, and try to help people find where they fit in the working world. It's just a regular office where we try to stay busy.
