Richh Wings is located at Maruthi Krupa, No 209/B 1, which is on the 9th Main and 2nd Cross in GM Palya. We’re right near the BEML Hospital Road in KG Colony. It’s a residential area, so it’s mostly quiet except for the usual street noises. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The building is just a regular house that we’ve converted for our needs. We handle a variety of things here, mostly focused on our wings business. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure deliveries go out on time. The kitchen area is where most of the action happens, and it can get pretty hot in there during the lunch and dinner rushes. We have a small crew, mostly people from the neighborhood. We aren't trying to be some big international chain; we just like what we do. Sometimes the delivery bikes get blocked by parked cars on the narrow cross roads, which can be frustrating. We spend a lot of time cleaning up and prepping for the next day. It’s honest work, and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have. Our sign is out front, but it’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the food out to the people who order it every day.
