We’re based in Yeshwanthpur, specifically in the Vaishnavi Sapphire Centre on Tumkur Road. Our office is number 201 on the second floor. It’s a busy area with a lot of people moving around, which suits us fine. We spend most of our time dealing with title services. That basically involves a lot of digging through archives and making sure property documents are actually correct. It can be tedious work, staring at old script and trying to verify signatures from years ago. The office usually smells like old paper and the printer is always running. We aren't some high-tech operation; we just have our computers and a lot of filing cabinets. Tumkur Road is always noisy, so there's a constant hum of engines in the background while we work. People come to us when they’re buying a place and need to be sure everything is legal. It’s an important job, even if it’s mostly just reading and checking facts. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us have been doing this for a long time, so we know where the common mistakes are hidden in the records. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, do the research, and help people get their property stuff sorted out. It’s regular work for regular people. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving during the day.
