Reshme House India Private Limited is located over in Mysore, right in the Cauvery Arcade at Saraswathipuram. It’s a pretty decent spot, though finding parking near the arcade can be a bit of a headache during the peak evening hours when everyone is out. Most people in the neighborhood know the building since it's a bit of a landmark around here. We’ve been operating out of No. 6/1-D/A for a while now. Dealing with fabrics and the kind of stuff you’d expect from a place with silk in the name keeps us busy from morning until we close up. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular workplace with desks and samples piled up in the corners. Sometimes the tea guy from downstairs forgets our order, but that’s just how things go in a busy building. We spend a lot of our time looking at orders and making sure things are moving along like they should. It gets quite noisy with the traffic outside, especially on the weekends. My desk is right by the window so I see everything happening on the street. It’s a good community in Saraswathipuram, very local and familiar. We know the other shop owners and the people who walk by every day heading to the park or the market. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that, just a few of us trying to keep the business running without too much fuss. It’s just normal work, day in and day out.
