Remod Design And Build is located over in Hbr Layout, 1st Stage. Our office is at House 5/2 on the 3rd Cross, near 5th Main. Bangalore is a big city, and Hbr Layout has its own vibe. We do both the designing part and the actual building, which keeps us pretty busy. It's a lot of work trying to get a design on paper to actually look right when it's built. We spend a lot of time talking to clients and then even more time talking to the contractors to make sure they understood the drawing. Sometimes there’s a gap between the two, and that’s where we spend our energy. It's not a perfect process. Sometimes a material we wanted isn't available, or a wall doesn't go exactly where we planned, so we have to adjust. We try to be practical about things. Our space in the 560043 area is usually full of tile samples and sketches. It can get a bit messy. We’re just regular people trying to help other people get their houses or offices looking decent and staying within a budget that makes sense. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just show up, do the work, and try to fix whatever problems pop up during the day. It’s been a learning experience every single day we’ve been in business here. You get used to the dust and the constant changes after a while.
