We operate out of the 4th Block, in the space that used to be numbered 4-323/2 but is now 4-204/1. The numbering changes can be a bit confusing for people trying to find us the first time. We do a mix of property development and managing buildings. It’s mostly just keeping things running and making sure everything is in order. Our office is a simple setup with some old chairs and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on properties. It’s not a glamorous job. One day we might be dealing with a plumbing issue in one of the blocks, and the next we are looking at new sites for development. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We started this because we knew the area well and felt we could manage things reasonably. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who have lived around here for years. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy reception. Usually, if someone needs us, they just drop by the office or give us a ring. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. The paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but we just chip away at it every day. It’s just regular work for us, nothing more.
