Reliant Exim Solutions Private Limited is actually run out of a flat, No. A-107 to be exact, inside Kens Residency. We are located at SY.No. 115/2, 116/2, and 116/3 on 16th D Cross in Pai Layout. It’s a bit of a different setup since it's a residential apartment complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical sterile office building. We have to follow the building rules about visitors and noise, which isn't too bad because most of our work is on the computer or phone anyway. Being in Bangalore 560016, specifically in Pai Layout, means we are away from the massive traffic jams of the city center, though the 16th D Cross can still get blocked up with cars. We handle export and import solutions, which is mostly a lot of coordination between different parties. We spend hours checking on cargo status and talking to port authorities or shipping lines. It's a lot of screen time and sitting at the desks we set up in the rooms. Sometimes the neighbors in the residency ask what we are doing with all the documents and calls, but it's just a regular business. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed compared to a big company, and we usually have the balcony door open for some fresh air while we work. It works for us and we get the job done without needing a big fancy office. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes.
