Redintegro Consulting Solutions Llp is based out of the Sri Sharada Sai Apartments. We are in Flat No 103, which is on the 8th Main in the Nobo Nagar Sector 2 area. If you are coming from Bannerghatta Road, you turn off at 5th Cross to get toward us. It is a residential kind of vibe here, which we prefer over a cold office building. Being in an apartment means it stays relatively quiet, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We have turned the space into a functional work area. There are folders on the desks and a small kitchen where we fix our afternoon tea. It feels more personal than a typical corporate cubicle farm. We know the security guards and the neighbors who live on the other floors. Working out of #45 Sri Sharada Sai Apts gives us a bit of a homey feel while we deal with our daily chores. The walk from the main road is not too long, so it is easy for us to head out if we need anything. We do not have a giant sign on the building, just our name on the door. It is a practical way to run things. We like being in this part of Bangalore because it feels settled. There is no pressure to look like a massive firm when we are just a group of people working hard in Flat 103. The space suits us fine for everything we need to do each day.
