We are located inside the Prestige Shantiniketan complex on ITPL Main Road. Our unit number is 5083. Being in such a large residential and commercial hub means there is always a lot of movement around us. We are right in the middle of the IT corridor of Bangalore North. Our business is centered around food and hospitality. We manage the daily operations of our space which involves a lot of coordination between the kitchen staff and the people serving the customers. It is a fast-paced environment because people here are usually in a hurry to get back to their offices or their homes. We don't have a massive team, just a few dedicated people who show up and get the job done. The space itself is functional and we try to keep it as organized as possible despite the rush. We deal with various suppliers for our ingredients and drinks throughout the week. Sometimes deliveries are late because of the traffic on ITPL road, which can be a real headache. We don't have any polished marketing brochures or anything like that. We just rely on the people who live and work in Shantiniketan to stop by when they are hungry or thirsty. It is a straightforward operation and we just take things one day at a time, making sure the tables are wiped and the orders are correct before we close up.
