You’ll find us over at 988/1 on 6th Cross in Rashad Nagar. We are right off the Govindpura Main Road near the A.C. Post. It’s a busy area with a lot of local shops and houses squeezed together. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle property deals. We aren't some big high-rise corporate firm. It’s just a small office in the neighborhood. We focus on the real estate around Govindpura and the nearby parts of Bangalore. People stop by to ask about houses for sale or if we know anyone looking to rent. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out meeting people at their properties. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking documents and making sure everything is legal and correct. The office can get a bit noisy because of the traffic on the main road, but we’re used to it. We’ve been working in this area for a while now. We know most of the shopkeepers on the street. It’s a regular business run by regular people. We don't have any fancy brochures. We just talk to folks and tell them what’s available. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we like it that way.
